Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 60 days. You do not have to specify the reason for your withdrawal.

The period of withdrawal lasts for 60 days and begins when you, the customer, or a designated third party takes receipt of the goods from a delivery service. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw. This can be in the form of a letter, e-mail, fax or telephone call. You may use the attached sample form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has ended.

The right of withdrawal does not extend to individualised goods, such as laser-engraved batons, individually shaped winners‘ podiums or engraved discuses.

Effects of withdrawal

Should you decide to withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you with the full amount paid to us by you, including costs of delivery (additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method are non-refundable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you submit your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. To meet the deadline, you are required to dispatch the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. These costs are not expected to exceed 20.00 EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
